Digital Oasys Technologies provides digital product design, software development, and AI automation services. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be governed by a separate Service Agreement signed between Digital Oasys and the Client.

3. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Digital Oasys Technologies and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Client Projects: Upon full payment of all fees, the intellectual property rights for custom deliverables created for a Client will be transferred to the Client as specified in the individual Service Agreement. Digital Oasys retains rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries, and background technology.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website's functionality. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or scraping data without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Oasys Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
